Diego Falconí Trávez
Diego Falconí Trávez, Ph. D, is a lawyer specialized in human rights and a doctor with a European mention in Theory of Literature. He is an associate professor in the area of Letters of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a professor, and researcher of the College of Jurisprudence at the San Francisco University of Quito and a professor at the Simón Bolívar Andean University. He is an editorial director of the Iuris Dictio. Law Magazine and co-director of the Intertextos group between law and literature. He has written the monographs Las entrañas del sujeto jurídico. Un diálogo entre la literatura y el derecho (2012) and De las cenizas al texto. Literaturas andinas de las disidencias sexuales en el siglo XX (2016). He holds Casa de las Américas 2016 award in the essay category.
