    Gerhard Baumgartner

    Dr. Gerhard Baumgartner is head of research at the Documentation Centre of Austrian Resistance (DÖW) since May 2014. His research focuses on the following areas: Resistance and persecution 1938 – 1945, history of the persecution of Roma and Sinti, Austria’s handling of its Nazi past, history of national minorities in the Burgenland.
